30,000 sq. m. in the heart of Paris
Gerim, Sitex and Rabot Dutilleul Construction, which are all part of the Rabot Dutilleul group, are refurbishing a 30,000 sq. m. office building with seven floors and two basement levels.
This refurbishment includes the renovation of all the technical sections, the external joinery, the insulation and the roof waterproofing. The refurbishment of the stone-faced facades is also planned. On completion of these works, the building will be HEQ and low energy (BBC) certified. This building is the historical corporate headquarters of France Telecom, which will be reoccupying it in 2014.
