Construction of a 50,000 sq. m. HQE and BBC (low energy) certified platform. The works were carried out in two stages: first, 20,000 sq. m. and then the remaining 31,000 sq. m. However, prior to this construction phase, 80,000 sq. m. of existing warehouses had to be demolished. The new premises benefit from natural lighting, a rainwater recovery system for sanitation and maintenance purposes, and thermal solar panels for domestic hot water. Finally, a heat pump is used for heating and air-conditioning in the offices.
